2. General
These Terms of Trade (“Terms”) apply to all purchases of goods and services made through padelart.ee and to the use of the website. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms; acceptance is actively confirmed with a checkbox at checkout before payment.
3. Products, prices and currency
Descriptions, images and prices are shown on each product page. All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Any delivery fee is shown separately at checkout before the order is confirmed.
4. Orders and conclusion of the contract
An order becomes binding once checkout is completed and we confirm it by e-mail. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. an item is out of stock or a price is clearly incorrect); any amount already paid is then refunded in full.
5. Payment and when you are charged
We accept:
- Card payments – Visa and Mastercard, processed securely by our payment provider (QuickPay / Clearhaus / Wise);
- Estonian bank links (Pangalink);
- Cash on site at the club.
For card and bank payments the amount is charged at the moment the order is confirmed. Card data is transmitted over an encrypted (SSL/TLS) connection and is not stored by us. A receipt/order confirmation is sent by e-mail after payment.
6. Delivery and delivery times
We deliver within Estonia only; we do not ship internationally. Methods and costs are shown at checkout:
- Parcel machine (any in Estonia) – estimated delivery 1–3 business days;
- Pick-up at the club, Peterburi tee 65, Tallinn – usually ready within 1–2 business days.
Delivery cost: Пакомат – €3.50; самовывоз из клуба – бесплатно. Risk passes to the customer on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns (14 days)
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, under §56 of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (VÕS) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU. The period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement – by e-mail to info@padelart.ee or using the model withdrawal form below. To meet the deadline it is enough to send your notice before the 14-day period expires.
You may examine and try the goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would in a shop. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary; we do not require the goods to be unused or the packaging unopened. Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify your withdrawal, to: Padeart OÜ, Peterburi tee 65, 11415 Tallinn, Eesti. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We use the same means of payment you used, at no extra cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of sending them, whichever is earlier.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, or to sealed goods unsealed after delivery and not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons (§53(4) VÕS).

8. Defective goods, legal warranty and complaints
If an item is defective or not as described, contact us – you are entitled to repair, replacement or a refund. Consumers have a legal right of conformity for two (2) years from delivery. Complaints: e-mail info@padelart.ee; we reply within 14 days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, or to the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
9. Training bookings
Coaching sessions are booked via the “Coaches” page and confirmed by the coach by e-mail or phone. Cancellation is possible no later than 24 hours before the session; for later cancellations the club may charge the full price.
10. Tournaments
Tournament registration is made via the “Tournaments” page. Places are limited; when full, registrations go to a waiting list. Participation requires compliance with the published rules and the organiser’s instructions.
11. Liability
The club is liable for the quality of its goods and services within the limits of Estonian law. It is not liable for injury or damage resulting from the customer’s failure to follow safety instructions.
12. Personal data
Personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page at the time the order is placed.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, by the competent Estonian authorities or courts, or via the bodies named in section 8.
