2. What data we collect
- Coaching bookings: name, e-mail, phone, chosen coach and time, optional comment.
- Tournament registration: name, e-mail, phone, playing level, optional comment.
- Shop orders: name, e-mail, phone, delivery address (for courier delivery), order contents.
- Contact form: name, e-mail, message text.
- Payment: card payments are processed by our payment provider; we receive only the payment status, never your full card number.
- Technical: IP address and basic server logs, strictly for security and correct operation of the site.
3. Why we process it (legal basis)
- To provide the service you requested – booking, tournament, purchase (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), performance of a contract).
- To contact you to confirm a booking or clarify an order (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To meet legal obligations such as accounting and tax (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- To keep the website secure and prevent fraud (Art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interest).
- Where you give it, your consent – e.g. optional comments (Art. 6(1)(a)).
4. How long we keep it
- Bookings and tournament registrations – 12 months.
- Orders and accounting documents – 7 years (Estonian Accounting Act).
- Contact-form messages – 6 months.
- Technical logs – up to 30 days.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with processors needed to deliver the service, and only to the extent necessary:
- our payment provider (Clearhaus / QuickPay) – to process card payments;
- the delivery carrier (e.g. Omniva) – to deliver shop orders;
- our hosting and e-mail provider – to run the site and send confirmations;
- public authorities – only on a lawful request.
6. How we protect your data
The website runs over an encrypted (SSL/TLS) connection. We apply data minimisation, restricted access to submission files, and store data on secured servers. Card data is handled solely by the payment provider and is never stored by us.
7. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies for the site to function – session, shopping cart and language preference. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but some functions (e.g. the cart) may then not work.
8. International transfers
Your data is processed within the European Union / European Economic Area. If a processor operates outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access a copy of your personal data;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to processing;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time.
